#1 Reset:

The real beauty of life is being able to do things differently, like altering a bad night with a wonderful morning. Everyone has the power to welcome and cast away all draining elements that can create an imbalance within your high vibrations. Similar to the common practice of repeating positive affirmations. Cultivating a mindset to help one reach their fullest potential, while creating a routinely practice tool to help do so.

One major component to maintaining inner peace is to know when to activate the reset button. It’s located in your mind, body and spirit. What’s most compelling about this reset function is its domino effect. All locations are intertwined to work proactively when activated. Unexplained feelings of tiredness, restlessness, agitation, sadness, and emptiness all originates directly from the mind. It’s apart of life to experience all sorts of emotions and unexplained feelings. These elements of life tend to be extremely overwhelming and that’s where the reset button comes in. The body and spirit will always experience the effects of your state of mind. Your spirit is the energy you project to the universe and those you come in contact with, while your body is the language of your identity. Reset your entire existence when needed simply by stepping outside of the worlds microscope that focuses on every single detail of your life. To do that, you need to first start doing things differently.

  1. Get out of bad habits that are evidently toxic to your productivity and peace.
  2. Try something new to cleanse your spirit like sage, incense, a prayer, writing (anything that brings you a therapeutic feel with no harmful effects).
  3. Breathe … (Woosah) (Hmmm) whatever works for you.
  4. Acknowledge to understand & understand to acknowledge; To acknowledge is to accept. To understand is to make use of specific knowledge or concepts to solve a problem.

#2 Reflect:

To stimulate progressive growth and results, one must reflect on mistakes and choices made that negatively impacted your happiness, peace and success. By taking the time to ask yourself questions such as . . .

“ How can I do this differently for similar situations that may arise in my future?”

“What can I take from this experience to help shape and mold who I am as an individual?”

“Why did I react with such manner in regards to that situation?”

These questions are meant to analyze and open the portal of self awareness. To learn, implement and maintain a productive practice to maintaining peace.

#3 Refresh:

Projecting strength and new energy to the unexpected changes that occur in your life is like tasting a cold glass of water after 2 days without water. Strength to consume the water, with new energy to bring a sense of replenishment. This reviving feeling brings peace and awareness within ones current state of mind and body.

Refresh yourself in areas you may be lacking in simply by switching up your normal routines and practices. Whether it be for personal development, or at work, or home with family. Allocating that newfound energy into areas that need to be watered will only allow your garden to flourish.
